Here at Tehillah Monday we believe that God has called us to be the tangible expression of Christ, and carriers of His Kingdom! (Luke 17:21) We endeavour to love our neighbours and to reach out to all those who have been marginalized or forgotten. Our passion is to bring the message of Christ to those who haven't heard it, and to bring awareness to issues of injustice around the world.
We have established many different partnerships and have planted many new gatherings locally, nationally and internationally. Below is a list of ministries that we have established and or are partnered with. We are passionate about our involvement in these various ministries and outreaches and believe He is to!
Last year we started to support AIDS Calgary by helping to organize and volunteer at their annual AIDS Walk for Life. We have just started to journey with AIDS Calgary but we feel strongly that God cares about those suffering from this agonizing disease that often isolates those who live with it. As there is no cure for HIV/AIDS, we endeavour to support in anyway we can and to bring awareness about those who suffer from this life ending sickness. We will be helping again at AIDS Walk 2010. There are many ways that you can be involved: volunteer, walk with Team Tehillah, give financially, and create awareness about the walk. We are very excited to announce that we are in the works of planting a new "good news" community in Canmore, Alberta. Canmore is a rustic and majestic city that is a beautiful neighbor to the city of Calgary. We strongly believe that what we do here at Tehillah Monday can have some impact in the community of Canmore. We are currently dreaming about what this could look like. We are planting this work as part of First Assembly's "Green Light Initiative". We are asking you to partner with us. How? First off, in prayer. We invite you to begin to pray for this community as there will be spiritual opposition (2 Corithians 10:4). Secondly, support the plant financially. When you give at Tehillah Monday you can designate your gift to the Green Light Initiative on the offering envelope. Please considering partnering with us so that we can see His Kingdom come in Canmore!
Sanctus Paths To Leadership is a school designed to develop emerging leaders; both bi-vocational marketplace ministers who desire to lead and pastor a community of believers while remaining in their current career, and those who share the same desire but sense a tug toward full-time vocational ministry.
Our mission is to inspire, train and motivate aspiring church planters to specifically target the emerging generation. Based upon the ministry philosophy and values of First Assembly, Sanctus prepares participants by focusing on character and leadership development, and by allowing them to gain experience and exposure in real ministry situations.

Tehillah Monday is a proud partner of Compassion Canada, the world's leading Christian child development ministry. Compassion is committed to eliminating the root causes of poverty for children around the globe. Their passion and purpose reside in their unwavering commitment to Jesus Christ and the ability of His Church to execute His command to serve the poor.
Compassion’s child development approach is holistic and serves the spiritual, economic, social, and physical needs of a child. Compassion works with the poorest children in over 25 developing countries around the world in Africa, Asia, Central and South America. They work in partnership with local churches in developing countries and provide resources, training and expertise to assist in the operation of holistic child development programs. In this way the local churches are empowered to develop Compassion’s programs towards meeting the specific and individual needs of the children within their communities.
The young people of Tehillah Monday have helped over 290 children during the past seven years through Compassion Canada's Child Sponsorship Program. If you want more information on the incredible ministry of Compassion of if you would like to sponsor a child, please click on the link above.
