Tehillah Monday this week was extraordinary!  We were so honored to have Brian and Jenn Johnson lead our worship and minister through prayer and impartation.  The atmosphere in the room was full of expectancy, hunger and joy!  The musicians and technical crew were on top of their game and all who gathered in that room pulled on heaven in unity.  As a result the sound of God’s Kingdom filled our hearts.  When all involved in a meeting are ready to worship with passion and abandonment, the results are life changing.  

As we move forward in this incredibly exciting time at Tehillah Monday, I want to encourage you to give it your all when we worship through song.  Monday’s meeting reminded me that it’s not about a band bringing “it”, but about all of us as one family making the deliberate choice to give glory to God.  I have lead worship for many believers who are nothing more than spectators during the songs; waiting for their next fix.  They may say it’s hypocritical to worship when they don’t feel like when in fact it’s more hypocritical to not worship when you don’t feel like it.  Psalm 134, 1-3 says

 “Come, bless God, all you servants of God!
   You priests of God, posted to the night watch
      in God's shrine,
   Lift your praising hands to the Holy Place,
      and bless God.
   In turn, may God of Zion bless you—
      God who made heaven and earth!”

So in the coming weeks and months, let’s really set our hearts and seeking and blessing Him during our songs.  You guys are amazing!
