On the way to Tehillah last week, I was praying for the young adults...their visions, their dreams, their paths...I asked God to set their foundation firm...build it strong...

I love how the Spirit of God moves amongst us all. I love how there is unity in His spirit...when there is unity in His body. During pre-service prayer, Keith spoke of a message he recently shared with the youth to set their foundations: repent, believe, drop our nets and follow! Then Ed Weiss preached such a powerful message of encouragement and one that hopefully inspired many of the young hearts listening last night to look at the true reflection of who they are.

During the pre-service prayer and into the early part of the worship, I started writing again...I have to say that it's been awhile since I have been inspired to and it felt so wonderful to feel that flow!...So, it is like a poem, but more like a prayer. A prayer for the young adults and those who are still young at heart. I hope it blesses you and encourages you to keep on keeping on...to step up to the plate and follow His map for your life and to awaken the dreams in your heart! :)


Dreams of the Heart (July 12, 2010)

Reveal the maps laid out on their hearts
Set a light above them to see clearly
Mark the path that their steps will take

Dreams of the heart to be unveiled
Visions of the soul to be discovered
Clouds of the past to be dispersed

Clarity, passion, knowledge, inspiration and hope

Lord, the direction their feet shall go
Spirit, the footprints they shall leave behind
Jesus, the impact of your guidance

So powerful, so beautiful

Awaken their hearts
Awaken their souls
Awaken their dreams

Make your dreams a map upon my heart
Make your dreams a map upon their hearts

Destiny, truth, power, victory and freedom

His maps will lead them to others
They will lead others to Him
He will draw new maps on their hearts
